Are you a talented Designer looking to make an impact in a dynamic environment?

We're seeking an experienced Exhibition Stand Designer to join our growing Design team at Harry the Hirer. In this role, you'll lead the design and specification of high-impact exhibition stands, from concept through to build-ready plans for our diverse exhibition portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop exhibition stand concepts that align with client briefs and event requirements
- Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and production documentation
- Collaborate with Sales, Signage, Workshop and Operational teams to bring designs to life
- Develop and maintain design standards and best practices for stand production
- Prepare presentation-ready visualisations and design mockups for client review
- Manage design workflows and ensure timely delivery of project specifications




- Contribute to process improvements and automation within the design function

About You

- Solid proficiency in design tools (Revit or equivalent CAD software)
- Excellent understanding of production constraints and material specifications
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external clients
- Experience with design visualisation tools such as Enscape is a plus
