The Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless service experience from drop-off through to collection.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming customers and checking in vehicles
- Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
- Coordinating with technicians and workshop staff
- Explaining completed work and recommendations
- Booking future servicing and maintenance appointments
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience every day

You will:
