IFYS Ltd in Queensland is seeking a Residential Youth Worker to provide protected, therapeutic care for young people in residential settings. Reporting to the Case Manager, you will support daily routines and life-skill development.

This casual role requires flexibility across day/evening/sleepover/weekend shifts, a current QLD Blue Card, a valid driver’s license, and compliance with safeguarding checks. IFYS offers competitive hourly rates, training, wellbeing reimbursement, and access to EAP, plus
