JMT Civil is looking for a People & Culture professional to join our team in Gregory Hills.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with people and wants the opportunity to genuinely shape the employee experience within a growing business.

You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding through to performance, engagement, policies, compliance and day-to-day employee support.

The role will include:

- Managing recruitment and onboarding across the business
- Supporting managers with employee relations and performance matters
- Developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures and documentation
- Coordinating training, development and employee initiatives
- Supporting performance reviews and probation processes




- Maintaining employee records and HR compliance
- Helping drive workplace culture, engagement and retention
- Supporting the leadership team with general People & Culture matters

We’re looking for someone who is approachable, organised and confident dealing with people at all levels of the business. The role requires someone who can work confidently in a rapid-paced environment while effectively managing both employee needs and HR compliance requirements.

Experience within civil construction, transport, infrastructure or a similar industry would be highly regarded.
