The Role

Vertech Group is seeking multiple motivated and safety-focused professionals to join our growing team. We have a range of opportunities available across our operations in NSW, QLD and VIC and are looking for individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes while contributing to a positive team culture. These roles include Advanced/NDT Technicians and Rope Access AICIP/API Inspectors.

You will be working closely with clients, supervisors, and team members to safely and efficiently complete assigned tasks while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Carry out assigned duties in accordance with project requirements, company procedures, and client expectations.
- Deliver work to a high standard while maintaining productivity and quality objectives.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members.
- Complete all required documentation, reports, and records accurately and on time.
- Maintain company equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean and serviceable condition.




- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
- Prioritise safety as a core value, consistently demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices.
- Comply with all Company, HSEQ, and HR policies and procedures.
- Promote Vertech Group's core values through everyday actions and behaviours.
- Undertake other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Relevant trade qualification, technical certification, or industry experience applicable to the position.
- Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
- Current nationally recognised certification relevant to the role (where applicable).

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in a similar role within industrial, resources, oil & gas, energy, defence, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Robust commitment to workplace health, safety, environment, and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in varying environments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must have Australian working rights to be eligible for this role.

the following certifications may be required or highly regarded:

- Working at Heights
- Confined Space Entry
- Gas Test Atmospheres
- High Risk Work Licences
- Rope Access (IRATA) Level 1,2 or 3
- NDT Qualifications (AS 3998, ISO 9712, PCN, or equivalent) UT, MT, PT, ET, RT, PAUT & TOFD
- AICIP / API Certifications (API 510, API 570, API 653)
- First Aid & CPR
