Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team at Prospect Hotel Motel in Western Sydney.

This is a hands‑on leadership role across bar, dining, gaming and accommodation. You’ll work alongside the Venue Manager and leadership team, supporting your team on shift and keeping the venue running at its best.

What you’ll do

- Lead shifts across the venue, supporting the team wherever needed

- Coach and develop team members to deliver friendly, efficient service

- Maintain strong standards across service, cleanliness and presentation

- Support cash management, venue administration and daily reporting

- Help deliver venue activities and promotions that bring locals together

- Maintain responsible service, gaming compliance and workplace safety standards

What we’re looking for





- Leadership experience in a pub, hotel, club or similar hospitality venue

- Confidence leading busy shifts and supporting a team from the floor

- Experience across bar, dining and gaming operations

- Valuable organisation and confidence with cash handling and reporting

- Availability across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

- Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG, or willingness to obtain the required qualifications
