About the opportunity

As a Medical Representative, you will take ownership of an established territory with accountability for driving sales growth and achieving territory performance objectives.

Representing an established pharmaceutical portfolio, you will build sustainable relationships with GPs, identify commercial opportunities and increase product engagement through clinically relevant customer conversations.

Using customer insights and engagement data, you will develop and execute local territory plans, optimise customer interactions and deliver targeted engagement with targeted customers,educational events and at industry forums.

Partnering closely with territory colleagues and the broader medical and commercial teams, you will maintain robust product, market and competitor knowledge to maximise sales call quality, strengthen GP relationships and drive continued territory growth.

Regional travel forms part of the position.

Skills and Experience Required

- Proven sales success within customer-facing Australian market environments
- Australian pharmaceutical sales experience, highly regarded
- Ability to communicate clinical data and discuss disease effectively
- Ability to Develop, Implement & Monitor territory action plan
- Superior business acumen & strategic thinking, including budget management
- Exceptional communication, with strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Tertiary qualification in Science, Medicine, Business or related discipline
- Flexibility to travel,



including overnight
- Australian working rights required (no sponsorship on offer)
