Job Description
The Hunt Melbourne seeks an experienced Senior Club Manager to lead Equilibrium's first Melbourne club. You will own the member experience, team performance and day-to-day operations, ensuring premium service across all touchpoints.

You will work from the floor, shape culture, manage budgets and KPIs, and partner with the founders to scale as the concept grows. This is a full time onsite role in South Melbourne.
