We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Practice Nurse to join our West End & Albion team. This role works closely with GPs, allied health, and administrative staff to support day-to-day clinical operations and provide high-quality patient care across a broad scope of general practice services.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting GPs with consultations, procedures, and patient care
- Wound care, dressings, ear syringing, immunisations, and vaccinations
- Supporting chronic disease management and preventative health initiatives
- Conducting health assessments, ECGs, blood pressure checks, specimen collection, and point-of-care testing
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Managing clinical stock, supplies, and equipment
- Ensuring infection control standards and clinical safety protocols are upheld




- Providing patient education and supporting self-management of health conditions

About you

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in general practice or primary care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
