Our client is seeking an experienced Leading Hand / Site Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Based in the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, and Sutherland Shire regions of Sydney, New South Wales,this role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000.You'll bring hands-on expertise and strong communication skills to manage day-to-day operations and coordinate with clients and site representatives.

- $100,000 to $120,000 per annum, permanent position
- Hands-on Leading hand to move into Site Supervisor

About you & Qualifications

- Certificate III in Carpentry
- Proven experience as a carpenter within residential construction
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand or willingness to step into a leadership role
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to coordinate trades and work effectively within a team
- A strong commitment to safety and quality
- White Card and full Australian working rights
- Current driver's licence.
