The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor with at least 3 years' post-admission experience to work on a diverse range of insurance and general litigation matters.

You will work alongside experienced practitioners on complex and interesting files while enjoying genuine career progression, mentoring, and ongoing professional development.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 3 years' PAE in litigation.
- Experience in personal injury, insurance litigation and/or general litigation.
- A strong understanding of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules and court processes.
- Excellent legal research, drafting and analytical skills.




- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- The confidence to manage matters autonomously and progress files efficiently.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach to problem-solving.
- Leadership potential, including the ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters from commencement through to resolution.
- Conduct investigations, prepare legal documents and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Attend conferences, mediations, hearings and other dispute resolution proceedings.
- Liaise effectively with clients, counsel, experts, insurers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of client service and file management.
- Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the Litigation Department.
