What is the role?

There is now an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join the Blast and Paint team on a permanent full-time basis.

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving production performance, coordinating workshop activities, and supporting a high-performing team to achieve operational targets. You will be responsible for planning and monitoring production schedules, optimising workflow and resources, maintaining strong quality standards, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment who is proficient with operational coordination and is interested in developing their leadership capability. You will work closely with workshop personnel, production planning teams, and internal stakeholders to achieve production targets, maintain a DIFOT performance, minimise rework, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through Lean principles and best-practice processes.

LICENCES

- Possession of a current QLD ‘C’ Class Open Driver’s Licence
