Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator

- Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or Architecture certification
- 2 to 3 years' experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration & implementation
- Experience in E-Mail marketing, marketing automation, & data management

Our client, a Commonwealth Government organisation whose focus is to provide support to Australian's living with disability, require the services of aSalesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator .

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Support integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Salesforce Sales/Service cloud;
- Manage & maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, including data management & data cleansing;
- Monitor & analyse campaign performance & provide actionable insights to the marketing team.

Skills & Experience Required





- Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or Architecture certification;
- Strong understanding of CRM systems & processes, specifically Salesforce;
- Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, & HTML/CSS.
