Based in Hamilton, QLD , you’ll play a key role supporting our NSW Mining operations , working closely with our tradespeople, clients and leadership team to keep operations running smoothly, build strong relationships and drive business growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting chance for a trade or mining professional looking to transition into an operational leadership role.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Monday to Friday | 6am – 4pm | Hamilton-based

- Lead, coordinate and support a team of Mechanical Tradespeople across NSW

- Manage labour requirements and ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees and key stakeholders

- Drive team performance, engagement and accountability

- Recognise achievements and create a positive team culture

- Support recruitment, including interviews, offer negotiations and onboarding

- Travel regularly to sites to engage with clients and employees and conduct performance and safety checks





- Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen your client portfolio

What We’re Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

- A Mechanical Trade Qualification – highly regarded

- Experience in operations, coordination or leadership within the Mining or Heavy Industry space

- A strong background in Mobile or Fixed Plant Maintenance

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong organisation and time management skills

- A genuine drive to build a successful team and grow the business
