Primary Objective:
The Recruitment and Attraction Officer deliver specialist recruitment, attraction and workforce planning services to the Director of Public Prosecutions. The role provides high-level advice and strategic support to managers and selection panels, drives recruitment and attraction initiatives, and contributes to workforce planning and talent management strategies to ensure the DPP attracts, recruits and retains a skilled and diverse workforce.
