As a valued lawyer in their winning team led by an industry-leading partner and working closely with a practice leader, you will relish the challenge+ satisfaction+ rewards of fighting for justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of a wide range of personal injury claims including:

CTP (motor vehicle accidents), workers compensation/work injury damages and public liability.

You will have some carriage of your own files+ assist the practice leader/senior lawyers with some of their complex/large cases.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

Are an admitted lawyer in NSW (or very soon to be);

have MINIMUM 1 year+ (up to associate) personal injury law experience in at least 1 (or more)of : eg1) CTP/motor accidents; 2) Workers Compensation/Work Injury damages; 3) Public Liability.

have experience actively assisting senior lawyers with case management of personal injury cases(or have also had carriage of your own files);

are hungry to accelerate your career long-term with a 1st-class plaintiff firm (essential).
