NSW Health's Out of Home Care Health Pathways Program (OOHC-HPP) Case Manager role in Broken Hill offers a rewarding prospect to support vulnerable children and young people. The role combines clinical assessment and care coordination across social work, occupational therapy, and psychology, with contract employment until 30 June 2028.

The package includes a salary of AU$79,419 to AU$122,465 per year plus 12% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading, flexible hours, and access to staff
