Colac Otway Shire Council is seeking a Senior Workplace Health and Safety Business Partner to lead the organisation's WHS strategy across depots and worksites. You will drive proactive safety culture, oversee injury management and return-to-work processes, and partner with leaders to embed best-practice safety governance.

The role sits within the People and Culture team and offers a chance to influence safety outcomes across the Council while living in the Coastal Victoria region.
