Job Description
Chandler Macleod Group is seeking experienced Support Needs Assessors to join a Federal Government client on a full time contract.
The role focuses on delivering person-centred assessments and identifying support needs in a transparent, evidence-based and respectful manner.
You will conduct assessments, analyse evidence, prepare explicit reports, and communicate outcomes both virtually and face-to-face, applying relevant policies and frameworks to support participant outcomes.
