About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Assistant Store Manager for our renowned boutique in Sydney.

This is more than a management role—you will be the driving force behind the boutique’s energy, performance, and client experience. Leading from the front, you will cultivate a high-performing team that delivers personalised, elevated service while building lasting relationships with a discerning clientele.

With a strong commercial mindset, you will take full ownership of driving sales performance, exceeding KPIs,



and enhancing client engagement.

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail management
- A strong background within luxury or premium retail
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Proven success in driving sales, profitability, and overall boutique performance
- A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to clienteling, networking, and business development
- A refined eye for visual merchandising and brand presentation
- A passion for delivering exceptional, personalised client experiences
- Robust communication skills and commercial acumen
- A genuine interest in fashion, style, and luxury culture
