About the Role

Working closely with the Chief People Officer and national HR team , you'll support a office of 80 staff while gaining exposure to all aspects of HR.

You'll leverage your background knowledge while developing your skills across performance, employee relations, and people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing end-to-end recruitment in partnership with the national team

Supporting graduate and clerkship recruitment programs

- Assisting with performance and remuneration review processes
- Providing HR support and guidance to managers and staff
- Supporting broader people initiatives across the firm
