Are you a passionate Physiotherapist with a love for sports, gym rehab, and helping clients perform at their best?

At PHYZFIT Health & Rehab , we're a growing multidisciplinary clinic across Bexley North and Marrickville , with our Marrickville rooms inside World Gym. We're also the official physiotherapy provider for Fraser Park FC (NPL 2) , so you'll be working with semi skilled athletes alongside your clinic caseload.You'll join an energetic team of Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists who share a passion for learning, collaboration and client results.

Fortnightly Professional Development: In-house education every second week where we cover hands on skills, new evidence, gym based rehab and complex case presentations.

What We're Looking For:

- Accredited Physiotherapist: Current AHPRA registration and relevant qualifications.
- Active Yourself: You train, play or compete outside of work, so you get what your clients are chasing when they say they want to get back to it.
- Passionate About Sports Rehab: A strong interest in sports injuries and return to performance, not just pain relief.
- Sports interest: The ideal candidate should have a interest in sport and familiarity with gym based rehabilitation.
- Keen Learner: You're eager to be taught, coached and pushed by experienced clinicians.
- Team Oriented: You communicate well with colleagues and clients in a multidisciplinary environment.

What's Involved In The Job?

Managing a caseload of diverse musculoskeletal conditions including sports injuries, post operative rehabilitation and the general population across all age groups.

A graded one to one mentoring process with a senior Physiotherapist.

Weekly case reviews, weekly team meetings and fortnightly in-house PD.

Implementing clinical reformer pilates and gym based rehabilitation within a client centred approach.

Implementing manual therapy and exercise based interventions grounded in evidence based practice.

For Experienced Physiotherapists

This role offers advanced mentoring and leadership focused development , tailored to your strengths and goals.

Ongoing mentorship focused on complex case management and clinical reasoning .

Autonomy in treatment planning, while staying well supported.
