Field Service Coordinator – Earthmoving Equipment OEM

About the Role

This full-time position will see you coordinating field service operations from a up-to-date, state-of-the-art facility while acting as the key contact between customers and field technicians.

You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient service delivery, managing breakdown support, scheduling technicians, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for:

Diesel Fitters or Mobile Plant Mechanics wanting to move off the tools

Experienced Service Coordinators from earthmoving, civil, or dealership environments

Candidates who enjoy customer interaction and technical problem-solving

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule field service technicians across customer sites

Liaise with customers and technicians to manage breakdowns and service requests

Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work

Maintain detailed service records and reporting





Assist with management of field service vehicles and equipment

Support continuous improvement initiatives across the service department

Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

Experience within earthmoving, civil, mining, or heavy equipment industries

Previous experience as a Service Coordinator OR trade background as a Mobile Plant Mechanic / Diesel Fitter

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Ability to work within a fast-paced service environment

Experience using job management or scheduling systems
