We are looking for a Creative Campaign Strategist to spearhead the ideation, planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across our full marketing ecosystem. This role is all about turning campaign strategy into flawless execution, supported by a cooperative and high-performing marketing team.

You will bring a performance mindset to campaign activation, using customer insight, testing and results to continually refine messaging, creative and channel mix throughout the buying journey.

This is the perfect hands-on role for a mid-weight marketer looking to hone their creative briefingand strategic marketing skills.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Strategy Manager, you will bring always-on and seasonal performance and BAU campaigns to life across multiple channels. You will own campaign execution end to end, ensuring campaigns are commercially sound, operationally tight and optimised for performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

End to end ownership of paid campaigns and promotional activity, from full-funnel sales events such as Black Friday through to targeted, one-off subscriber-only campaigns, working alongside our performance agency who are responsible for managing live paid ads.

Translating campaign strategy set by the Marketing Strategy Manager into clear execution plans, briefs and timelines across the full marketing ecosystem, including performance channels, organic channels, EDMs, onsite assets, social, third party partners, OOH and IRL brand activations when needed

Managing campaign timelines, dependencies,



budgets and revenue targets to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and within scope

Coordinating internal teams and external partners such as designers, freelancers, producers and agencies to deliver high-quality and converting campaign assets

Providing clear, timely and actionable feedback on creative to ensure assets meet brand standards and performance objectives

Supporting campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis, identifying insights, learnings and opportunities for optimisation

About You

You are organised, proactive, creative and thrive in fast-paced environments where no two campaigns look the same.

You bring:

3+ years' experience in marketing, advertising or ecommerce, ideally with a strong focus on retail, promotional or performance-led campaigns

Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and competing deadlines

A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to assess performance, identify opportunities and apply learnings to future campaigns

Strong writing skills, with bonus points for ad or campaign copywriting

A sharp eye for detail and design, noticing typos, inconsistencies and execution issues instantly.



You know what a good ad looks like, and you know how to translate that into a strong design brief

Confidence working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with a wide range of stakeholders
