The Role

As a Building Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a premium residential apartment building and become the key point of contact for residents and owners.

Your role will include:

- Building strong relationships with residents and owners
- Advertising and leasing residential apartments
- Conducting inspections and managing leasing enquiries
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Managing and supervising contractors
- Overseeing the presentation and day-to-day operation of the building
- Resolving resident queries and issues quickly and professionally
- Working closely with an experienced management and administration team

About You

We're particularly keen to hear from Property Managers and Leasing Consultants who are looking for their next career move.

You will ideally have:

- At least 2 years' experience in residential Property Management and/or Leasing
- Solid residential leasing experience
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- The confidence to deal with residents, owners and contractors
- A proactive, practical approach and the ability to get things done
- Full Australian working rights
