Job Description
Linea Talent Group is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of strata schemes in NSW, with solid client focus and qualified support from a dedicated teams.
You will manage ~25 buildings and 1,000 lots, liaising with committees, owners and contractors, and attending AGMs/EGMs.
A NSW Class 1 or 2 licence and solid knowledge of strata legislation are essential.
Hybrid working available.
