Quinton Anthony are currently working with a tier 2 builder who specialises in the commercial new build space. There is a requirement for a supervisor / site manager for a $4m education refurb in the Gosford area.

Responsibilities

Liaise with and coordinate all trades / suppliers to deliver services on time

Liaise with clients and keep them up to date on the progress of projects

Check materials delivered to ensure they are correct

Ensure all project milestones are reached as per the scheduled time frames

Undertake quality control process throughout the construction process and action any defects

Solve construction issues with trades and suppliers in an efficient time frame

Undertake WHS inspections and ensure construction sites are in a clean and protected condition

Coordinate trades and clients during maintenance period
