Quality Advisor / Quality Assurance Consultant

Parramatta + Project Sites + 1 Day WFH

$550-$600 per day + Super

6-Month Contract (Potential Extension)

We are seeking an experienced Quality Advisor to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects. This role will be responsible for driving quality assurance, compliance, auditing, and continuous improvement activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with organisational Quality Management System (QMS) policies, procedures, and standards.
- Review and assess Project-Specific Quality Management Plans submitted by delivery partners and contractors.
- Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure compliance with project and technical requirements.
- Support the implementation of quality requirements across civil, electrical, and mechanical project disciplines.
- Develop and deliver monthly quality awareness and training sessions to project teams and key stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 3-5+ years' experience in Quality Assurance,



Quality Management, Compliance, Auditing, or a similar discipline.
- Experience working on infrastructure, construction, engineering, utilities, or major capital projects.
- Strong auditing and compliance background.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality assurance frameworks.
- Experience reviewing Quality Management Plans and Inspection & Test Plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement capabilities.

Desirable Experience

- Knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001.
- Auditor qualifications (Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor).
- Exposure to civil, electrical, mechanical, or utilities-based infrastructure projects.

Working Arrangement

- Approximately 3 days per week on project sites .
- 1 day per week in the Parramatta office .
- 1 day per week working from home .
