We’re recruiting an experienced Oral Health Therapist to join a progressive, multidisciplinary dental practice in Kalgoorlie, WA.

About the role

You’ll deliver comprehensive oral healthcare to both children and adults, including periodontal maintenance, preventive care and restorative treatments.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing an established and varied patient base

Providing periodontal, preventive and restorative treatments

Educating patients and promoting long-term oral health

Working alongside general dentists, orthodontists and IV sedation clinicians

Supporting oral health education in schools and childcare centres

Providing care to schools throughout the region using the practice’s dental van





Maintaining accurate clinical records and a high standard of patient care

Working collaboratively with Dental Assistants, front office staff and the wider clinical team

The practice is owned and clinically led by an Oral Health Therapist who genuinely understands the scope, demands and value of the role.

You’ll be supported to practise as a respected clinician, with realistic expectations, access to mentoring and opportunities to develop your skills in paediatric, preventive, periodontal and restorative care.

About you

To be considered, you will ideally have:

A minimum of two years’ experience in hygiene and therapy

Qualification as an Oral Health Therapist or dual-qualified Hygienist/Therapist

Current AHPRA registration

Strong patient-centred communication skills

Confidence working with children, parents and anxious patients

The ability to work independently within your clinical scope

A reliable, adaptable and collaborative approach

A commitment to high clinical standards and ongoing development
