Australian Clinical Labs is looking for a Business Development Manager (GP) to drive growth across our Western Australian territory - building trusted partnerships with GPs and specialists and representing a brand that genuinely improves and saves lives.

What you'll be doing

Building new - and strengthening existing - trusted partnerships with GPs and specialists, delivering differentiated value through service promotion, education and support

Owning your territory: collaborating with the Sales Manager on territory and key account plans, then tracking, evaluating and course-correcting to hit your numbers

Maintaining regular touchpoints with key internal and external stakeholders

Meeting customer and territory KPIs, with all activity and customer profiles kept current in the CRM

What you'll bring

A proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPI targets in field sales - GP or healthcare environment experience is highly regarded

An account management mindset: proactive, self-managed and accountable for your own results

Confidence engaging multiple stakeholders, from practice managers to specialists

Disciplined CRM use to capture interactions and drive outcomes

A valid driver's licence and full Australian working rights
