Medical Indemnity Protection Society – Melbourne VIC is seeking a QA Specialist (Claims) to join the Performance team. You will provide quality assurance across Medicolegal Claims and advisory support, helping ensure claims are managed in line with quality standards and regulatory obligations.

You will review files, identify trends and risks, provide practical feedback and strengthen claims practices and member outcomes across MIPS.
