They are currently seeking a talented Travel Consultant to join their agile and successful team.

THE ROLE
n
n
Manage group bookings and coordinate all aspects of the itinerary, including transportation, accommodation, and other services
n
Assist with leisure travel pre and post arrangements including extended touring.
n
Handle delegates' queries within the agreed timeframes and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and exceeded
n
Ensure tickets, itineraries and documentation are issued correctly
n




Build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to cultivate a successful working environment
