You only need experience working within a Law firm and a flare for communication. A Legal qualification is great but certainly not necessary but the ability to speak with legal professionals confidently, will help you in your recent role.

As a result of this growth the opportunity to join as a Client relationship Manager within their Operations team has become available. You will receive full training and ongoing career development. This role is based in Brisbane CBD and there will be WFH flexibility.





If you have experience working in a legal firm as anything from a Paralegal to a Lawyer you will be easily able to transition into this role and move your career in a new direction. You do not need to have previous experience as a CRM.

The main responsibilities will be to build relationships with existing clients of the Legal practice software and ensure long-term retention by maximising their satisfaction of the product by helping them get the most from it. You will have all of the tools and the support/structure of a wonderful leadership team to allow you to be a success! You will enjoy liaising with multiple firms and assisting them with their needs, helping them further understand the full capabilities of the system and being a point of contact for them. This will also give you the opportunity to get out of the office and meet face-to face as well.
