The Role

As a Club Manager,you’lllead the overall performance, culture, and operations of the club across sales, member experience, personal training, group fitness, reception, and retail.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, team development, operational excellence,team development, and driving measurable results.You’llbe responsible forbuilding a high-performing culture,maintainingstrong operational standards,and ensuring an exceptional member experience across all areas of the business.





Leadership & Performance:

- Lead,develop, and hold the team accountable to performance standards, KPIs, and club expectations
- Drivea strong teamculture built on professionalism, ownership, and results
- Coach team members toward growth and operational excellence

Operations & Business Management:

- Oversee day-to-day club operations, systems, compliance, and presentation standards
- Monitor club performance including revenue, labour, expenses, and profitability
- Review reporting,identifyopportunities for improvement, and implement operational initiatives that drive results
- Support strong sales performance, lead conversion, and member retention strategies
- Resolve escalated member concerns professionally and effectively
- Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming, and high-energy club environment

Growth & Culture:

- Support business growth initiatives and local club strategy
- Lead from the front and create an environment where both members and staff thrive
