About you

- AHPRA-registered as a Registered Nurse
- Experienced in aged care,



community nursing or a similar setting
- Compassionate, respectful and committed to person-centred care
- Confident working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- knowledge of Aged care standards
- evidence of working rights in Australia
- Strong in clinical assessment, communication and care coordination
- Organised, reliable and committed to maintaining high professional standards
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport

- First aid and CPR
