Governance Project role (6 month fixed term contract)

I’m currently working on a newly created Governance Project chance with a rapidly growing, international technology business and am keen to connect with governance, legal and company secretarial professionals.

Based in Sydney , this is a 6-month fixed-term contract supporting a number of high-priority governance projects.

Working closely with the Company Secretariat and broader Legal, Risk & Compliance teams, you’ll take a hands-on role in strengthening and developing governance infrastructure and processes across a growing global organisation.

Key areas of focus include:

- Entity management - supporting the implementation of entity management technology
- Governance transformation - reviewing and improving processes
- Tools & templates - developing practical governance resources and training materials
- Policy & frameworks - supporting governance policy, framework and procedure projects




- M&A; & integration - supporting governance workstreams arising from acquisitions and integration

Who are we looking for?

A highly organised, self-starting and project-oriented professional with experience across governance, company secretarial, legal, risk, compliance or a related consulting/project environment. You’ll be comfortable taking ownership, working independently, managing multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions, and bringing structure to an evolving environment.

Experience with governance technology, process improvement or transformation projects would be particularly relevant.

Sydney | Hybrid

Working Holiday Visa holders will also be considered
