You will be responsible for the daily operation and performance of the Spa Production Department. Reporting to the Production Manager, this is a hands-on working supervisor role where you will coordinate the day-to-day operation of the Spa Department, lead and support the production team, and work alongside them when required to ensure production, safety and quality targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities

- Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the Spa Production team
- Planning and prioritising daily and weekly production requirements
- Allocating work orders and sequencing builds to meet production targets
- Monitoring production progress and responding to delays, material shortages and quality issues
- Training, coaching and supporting team members
- Ensuring workmanship and finished-product quality standards are maintained
- Working hands-on with the team when required, including spa assembly, fitting jets and components, pipework and general production activities
- Ensuring completed spas are leak tested, functionally tested and inspected before release
- Maintaining solid WHS, PPE, housekeeping and 5S standards




- Identifying practical improvements to productivity, quality, ergonomics and material usage

About you

- Previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience in manufacturing, assembly or production
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- The ability to organise production priorities and keep work moving
- A strong focus on safety, quality and output
- Good communication and people-management skillsThe confidence to hold team members accountable while also supporting and developing them
- The ability to read and follow work orders and production instructions
- Good attention to detail and record keeping
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, plumbing, pipework, pumps, fittings, fabrication, leak testing, assembly or similar environments
