Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd is seeking a Team Leader Aged Care to manage client contracts, coordinate care workers and ensure high-quality, timely services in home care for Indigenous elders in the Brisbane area.

You will align with Client Care plans, Aged Care Standards and IUIH policies, leading daily programs, liaising with Assessors and Nurses, and expanding community networks to meet client needs and improve outcomes.
