An exciting permanent opportunity has become available to join a well established medical business on NSW's Southern Highlands. As a HR Business Partner you will work very closely with the HR Manager, WHS Manager and wider HR team. Playing a key role in this HR team you will build robust relationships across the business. With a culture of engaged loyal employees and clients, this HR Business Partner role will provide challenge and yet a wonderful work life balance opportunity.
Key elements of the role will include, but not limited to;
- Partner and Manage Key Stakeholder Expectations
- Broad HR Generalist skill set required including ER, Recruitment, Performance Management / Learning and Development
- EA interpretation
- Guidance across all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Support with the delivery of HR Projects
- Injury Management, Return to Work & Psychosocial Safety...
