We're contemporary Mexican, on the river at Queanbeyan, & we're heading into our busiest season.
Be transparent on what this is
It's a kitchen hand role.
That means dishes, & plenty of them.
You'll also be taught basic prep so you can help out during service, & if you want to keep learning & move up in the kitchen, that door is open.
Plenty of our team started exactly here.
But day to day, this is the dish section & it matters.
From around November we expect to add Thursday nights as the summer season kicks in, so there are more hours if you want them.
