The Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) roster to pay and eTimesheet solution is rolling out to Queensland Health, making it easier than ever to manage roster-to-pay outcomes. Whether you build rosters, support teams, approve timesheets, record your hours worked, or simply check your upcoming shifts, theIWFM solutionbrings integrated tools, consistent processes, and real-time information to help. Less manual work. More confidence. A better experience.

IWFM Stage 4is part of a statewide initiative rolling out of the IWFM solution, inclusive of the ‘Infor WFM' systemandnew business processes,across Queensland Health. The IWFM solution is integrated with, and accessed through,myHR, becoming your one-stop-shop for roster and eTimesheet needs.

About your prospect:

In this position you will…

- Serve as the primary contact between the Business Implementation Team and business units, ensuring effective communication and action.
- Represent local operational and stakeholder requirements in program and governance forums.
- Engage key stakeholders across the business to remove barriers, influence decision-making, and build ownership.
- Drive business adoption by promoting best practice models and aligning with strategic and operational priorities.
