The Warehouse Manager role is based in Perth or Brisbane and reports to the National Warehouse Manager. International Lubricant Distributors (ILD) is experiencing rapid growth and commencing its own warehousing in multiple states to better handle supply. The ILD Warehouse Manager will handle the storage, re-packaging and Sales Order Fulfilment roles for the company. This position will evolve over time and the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for a small team in each location at some stage.

Key responsibilities

- Manage Inbound Inventory
- Put away stock and keep records (in the system) of all stock
- Manage slow moving and obsolete stock
- Prepare stock for sale
- Manage freight of outbound stock
- Manage bulk loadouts as required
- Perform re-packing tasks as required
- Handle equipment in a secure and effective manner including forklifts, pumps and other equipment

About you

- Computer literate and able to work with ILD systems, including but not limited to basic NetSuite




- Able to safely handle equipment including forklifts, pumps, etc.
- Be aware of OHS issues, identify areas of concern and mitigate on-site risks
- Be courteous and mindful of customers, drivers and others that come into contact with the warehouse
