Job Description
BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a compassionate Case Worker to deliver person-centred support to individuals experiencing homelessness and related mental health or AOD challenges, based in Woolloomooloo.
n
The role involves holistic case management, advocacy, and referral within a energetic Community Services team, working 8.30am–4.30pm, Monday to Friday, and a max-term contract through July .
