FairWind are looking for an experienced Wind turbine electrical technician to work with our collaborative team near Rockhampton.

This will be a full time role with FairWind on site where accommodation, meals, transport and PPE are provided.

The current project will go for up to a year and we will then offer the prospect to work on the next project for installation.
The roster is 3 weeks on and 1 week off, where transport is provided to get you home and back to site.

Responsibilities

- Working with a team to build and install wind turbine tower parts and nacelles
- Installing and testing cabling and switching
- Ensuring safe and correct integration with site substation

Qualifications

- GWO training is essential - BST & BTT at a minimum




- Queensland A Grade Electrical Licence
- All other training or refreshes can be provided where required
