The Partner Success Manager is responsible for managing and influencing retail business partners and key decision-makers across a defined territory to grow Gen market share. This role focuses on building strong partner relationships, maximizing retail leverage, representing Gen professionally in market, and identifying growth opportunities through consistent field execution and account management.

Key responsibilities

- Manage retail business partners and key decision-makers within a defined territory to grow Gen market share.
- Build and maintain a high degree of rapport with partners and retail stakeholders.
- Represent Gen positively and professionally in all partner interactions.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through strong in-store and account execution.
- Focus on teamwork, accountability, and a strong work ethic in the delivery of territory objectives.
- Ensure timely and productive execution of the approved cycle plan, with focus on: call coverage, call rate, and call frequency.
- Ensure all nominated outlets within the defined territory are visited quarterly.
- Achieve the required number of calls per day as nominated by the manager.




- Achieve the required call frequency for each respective outlet.
- Follow time-utilization guidelines to plan weekly store visits effectively.
