AMESCORP is a well-established construction company specialising in residential building projects across Sydney, Central Coast & Newcastle. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Foreman to join our growing construction team managing Granny Flats, Duplexes and custom homes. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can confidently manage multiple projects from initial site set out through to final handover while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations across several projects simultaneously

Manage projects from site establishment and set out through to practical completion and handover

Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour

Ensure works are completed on schedule and to specification

Read and interpret plans, drawings, and construction documentation

Conduct site set outs and maintain accurate levels and measurements

Enforce WHS compliance and maintain a secure work environment

Liaise with project managers, clients, certifiers,



and consultants

Monitor quality control and resolve onsite issues efficiently

Maintain site records, daily reports, and progress updates

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Supervisor in residential and/or commercial construction

Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site management

Ability to run multiple projects independently

Experience with site set out using construction plans and measuring equipment

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

White Card and valid driver's licence essential

Trade qualification in carpentry or construction highly regarded
