SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER / PROPERTY MANAGER | UP TO $100K + COMMISSIONS | MONDAY-FRIDAY

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join a large and established Property Management team.

With a substantially large portfolio, this is a well-supported environment offering excellent resources and a strong focus on relationship management.

The role would suit an experienced Property Manager with 2-5+ years of experience who is looking for a Monday to Friday position with strong operational support and the opportunity to earn additional commissions.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing a portfolio of approximately 180-220 properties
- Maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Acting as the key point of contact for portfolio clients
- Handling day-to-day Property Management matters
- Managing lease renewals, rental reviews and tenancy matters
- Overseeing maintenance and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
- Managing arrears and compliance requirements
- Working closely with dedicated inspections,



administration and leasing support
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Maintaining accurate property records and documentation

What We're Looking For:

- 2 -5+ years of residential Property Management experience
- Robust relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a substantial portfolio independently
- Good understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation
- Professional and reliable approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within a large team
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent

- Salary: Up to $100,000
- Commissions: Approximately $15,000-$40,000
- Monday to Friday
- 1 day WFH after 6-month probation
