Mind Australia is seeking a compassionate Lead Practitioner - Family Engagement to join the Adult Step-Up Step-Down service in Bundaberg on a fixed-term, part time basis (32 hours per week).

You'll provide practice leadership, support families and staff, coach practitioners, and collaborate with clinical partners to deliver recovery-oriented psychosocial rehabilitation and inclusive family engagement.
