A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced
Instructional Designer
to join a major banking transformation program. The role will be responsible for designing engaging, practical learning content that supports the adoption of recent processes, systems and ways of working across the organisation.
n
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and transformation teams to understand learning needs and translate complex information into transparent, user-friendly training materials.
n
Key responsibilities:
n
n
Design and develop learning materials across digital and instructor-led formats
n
Work with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business processes into effective learning content
n
Develop training guides,



e-learning, presentations, job aids and other supporting materials
n
Ensure learning content aligns with the broader transformation and change strategy
n
Support training needs analysis and identify opportunities to improve learner engagement
n
Work across a complex banking environment with multiple stakeholder groups
n
n
About the candidate:
n
n
Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Designer or similar
n
Experience working on large-scale transformation or technology programs
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Excellent ability to simplify complex processes and information
n
Experience developing a range of learning and training materials
n
Financial services or banking experience is highly desirable
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex transformation setting
n
