We are partnering with an established and growing commercial roofing contractor that delivers large-scale roofing packages across Sydney for some of the construction industry’s leading builders.

With a robust pipeline of current and upcoming work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of multiple projects concurrently.

This is a hands‑on delivery role for someone who can manage programme, commercial outcomes, procurement, subcontractors and client relationships while keeping several live projects moving at once.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing multiple commercial roofing projects across Sydney from contract award through to completion.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing several live commercial roofing projects concurrently




- Taking ownership of projects from award through to handover
- Programming works and coordinating labour, subcontractors and suppliers
- Managing procurement, materials and project logistics
- Working closely with Site Managers, Supervisors and construction teams
- Monitoring project costs, variations and commercial performance
- Managing relationships with major builders and contractors
- Coordinating with head contractors, consultants and other trades
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
- Identifying project risks early and driving practical solutions
